SLOW OPENING DAY

With the water shortage in the basin, the private areas did not have water.  The Lower Klamath and the Tule Lake Refuges both had some hunting.  The pick room at the Stateline R V  Park had some use.  Hopefully things  will improve in the next couple of weeks.
